These activities help you feel relaxed so that you can play tennis again with a clean mind-frame. The time which you spend carrying out these activities can be as valuable as the time you spend on the court.
It is worthwhile to remember that each player plays the game according to his own style. While you should take your coaches advice, you need to ensure that you are doing what is comfortable for you. Things like your racquet, shoes and clothing ought to fit you best. Your skills would develop as a consequence. Though emulation is the height of admiration, never emulate another player not oven your coach.
